Multiplying the Modern Neutral Collection
Due to popular demand, designer Macy White has taken some of your most-loved modern designs and made them available in all woven bowl sizes.
The expansion of the Modern Neutral collection features new colors and sizes suitable for all corners of your home. Daybreak, Great Divide, and Revolve are now available in small and medium sizes. During our Instagram Live with Macy, you will see how she creatively added bowls to her Christmas tree. What a great idea!
Macy also shared with us during her Instagram Live that she chose earthy colors for the Modern Neutral Wall Hangings because of her longtime admiration for neutral tones in interior design. The patterns are inspired by the beauty of a sunset to sunrise over a lake. We simply love this collection because of its versatility. One of Macy’s mantras is design with intentionality. She shares that having a space that is full of pieces that tell a story is what makes a house come alive. Experiencing those items while being around people you love is what makes a house a home.
For the popular Trio, small, medium, and grand sizes are now available in the Modern Neutral colorway. Macy has replaced the original blush color with a dual-tone tea and white with black. We love that this design can now be mixed and matched with the rest of the Modern Neutral collection.
Since modern woven bowl designs look simple and clean, you may think that they are easier to weave. Actually, those straight lines take the precision of weaving that even the most experienced weavers find challenging. We’ve asked the artisans to put multiple loops on the bowls so that they can be hung with a variety of orientations.
Hanging Tip: Want to maximize your options for how your bowls are hung? Some of our friends hang their bowls by simply hammering a nail straight through the center of the bowls, then rotate the bowls to the exact angle they’re looking for. For a lower-impact hanging technique, bowls can be hung using thumbtacks in your drywall. For short-term, no-impact hanging, we use command hooks.
